As part of the United States Semiquincentennial celebration, Union Pacifics (UPs)Big Boy steam locomotive (UP4014) led a Coast-to-Coast Whistle Stop Tour.Shown herein are the commemorative (heritage) diesel units, from both UP and Norfolk Southern (NS), which supported UP4014 on its westbound journey through Indiana.These commemorative units included UP1616 (Abraham Lincoln), NS2026 (The Lady Liberty), NS250 (The Freedom), NS1776 (The Bell), and UP1776 (America 250).
