Where two railroads once met.252 proceeds south through Muscatine at the former site of the old interlocking tower, where the Rock Island and Milwaukee Road railroads previously converged. Although the structure no longer stands, the original foundation remains in place beneath a patch of weeds today, the site is occupied by Reeves Battery. (4-9-26)
