NS 8099 stopped here, but instead they going to Elkhart on NS 174, they decided heading to Fort Wayne or New Haven, East Wayne Yard Instead. Also I forgot to mention if you check closely on NS 8099. NS 8099 got front handrails tree damage which I didnt notice until now.
