I saw this locomotive on a tanker/tank train heading eastbound in the direction of Meridian, MS, it was an ex-Citirail GEVO still in Citirail colors, as most are. But this was seen on the CPKC Meridian Speedway, I caught it at my dads leased office, and I railfan there often.
