Here we see AMTK 164 showing Amtraks earlier Phase IV scheme trailing on A3 the Southwest Chief heading towards LAUPT. This train usually comes pretty early in the morning but luckily this train was running a good 4 hours behind schedule so we had the chance of seeing this rare sight.
