Thanks to a friend in the crew, R61428 comes to a stop in Baxter, Ky long enough for a Harlan City police cruiser to pose alongside. The visit marks the first time 3194 has been on the CV, and within the hour it will be spotted up at Lynch 3 with a train for US Steel in Gary, Indiana.
