NS 309 with CN 2786 (Ex. Citirail) sits in the Girard siding to wait on crews and other personnel to clean up a car vs telephone pole that ended up on the tracks and Elk Park Rd. After that, they had to wait for 28B giving be a couple hours for a “photo shoot” :)
