The E/B Amtrak Capitol Limited, train number 30, is slowly making its way to the Cumberland, MD station on track two of CSX's Keystone Sub, just west of Viaduct Junction. P42DC-130, in Phase 2 heritage paint, is on the point. Check out the CPL signal, just to the left of 130's plow. What's up with that?
