Six Locomotives including the NS 1069 haul the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey on the high bridge at Shepherdstown, crossing over the Potomac River and the C&O Canal. This is the last time a Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey train will run with people on it as a full train.
