UP1995 is assisting leader UP6298. Here the locomotive, having just come out of the yard, is crossing over from main track two to main track one on the Martinez subdivision which ends a very short distance away and becomes the Roseville subdivision. Then in an even shorter distance it will diverge onto the west branch of the wye which is the start of the Valley subdivision for northbound trains.
