KCSM 4565 is the solo leader for a Short Southbound UP Manifest train. Train was tied down and crewless in the south end of the UP Laredo Intl. Bridge Yard waiting it’s turn to be put on the Tex-Mex Intl. Bridge. Solo C45ACCTE leader alongside also Tied down and crewless waiting to proceed south.
