Prlx 212 and sister 217 bracket Union Pacific ac44cw 6699 on a mixed freight in Pensacola Florida. The lashup had a few other foreign power roads such as kcs and bnsf, still at the head end of the lashup were two csx es44acs. This was a year before Csx decided to put up our panhandle line for sale, so foreign power was common at the pre-up-for-sale era, now the panhandle line sees less than ten trains per week and foreign power is rare yet again as csx is still attempting to find a buyer for its panhandle line division.
