Penn and CNJ Heritages stopped in Cleveland TN. #3 NS1830 and #2 NS1071 have mechanical issues. NS8102 at idle. Train is northbound just before the 7th St SE crossing. (Old "Chair Factory Lane"). Mixed freight stretches through Cleveland Yard and the Y toward Chattanooga.
