This Locomotive is a Norfolk Southern EMD SD60E, which was painted in a special Color Scheme to Honor our Military Veterans. I took these photos form the U-Turn Jug Handle of Missouri State Route 210,which is adjacent to Norfolk Southern's Avondale Yard, near Block 222.
